Full Management
Marketing
Our talented team designs all materials in house, including flyers, banners, and direct mail pieces. We target direct mailings to Illinois athletes and we distribute flyers to leagues, clubs, and organizations in the Illinois area up to a year ahead of the event date.
Online Marketing
Online marketing is a newer, albeit, necessary, component to attracting participants. ASM strives to identify developments and trends incorporating them into our overall strategy. Event specific websites, online registration, and easily accessible event information are essential for today's savvy participants.
Other online strategies include email campaigns where ASM will send professional "email blasts" to the target demographic. ASM also posts event information online: including forums, blogs, and event calendars.
Press Release and Media
Traditional methods of advertising are not overlooked, our approach is comprehensive. Press releases will be sent to newspapers, radio, and television stations. Gaining press coverage is a key part of marketing our events.
Event Management
For each event, we create an event management team to conduct coordination with the village, city, or town of the event, and to help out with other aspects of the events such as race officials, registration, information and scoring table staff, water station workers, volunteers, and a full service EMT station.
Sponsorship Coordination
Sponsorships are integral parts of most events. Each sponsorship packets that ASM creates is sponsor specific.
